If the delivery address is different to billing address and is not found on the Royal Mail database or a dispute is raised by Protx Secure the item shall be dispatched to the billing address.

Returns

Should any product purchased from Luv Dogz Ltd be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the Luvdogz.co.uk  website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to Luv Dogz Ltd  within 21 days of delivery of the product.

In the event of a customer purchasing an item from Luvdogz.co.uk mistakenly and through no fault of Luv Dogz Ltd, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to Luv Dogz Ltd unused and in saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, We reserve the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
